What started as a transient interest in the matters of law during my school days transformed into a serious career choice? I am grateful to AURO University for providing the perfect platform to lay a strong foundation in my domain, along with a valuable exposure in the business side, thanks to the dual degree option. I always cherish my days at AURO University with fond memories of friendships, a sense of camaraderie and imbibing self-confidence. Various meet and greet organized at Auro was like a springboard to my career. The autonomy to lead and host the events at AURO University helped to build leadership qualities, which makes my current profile much easier to balance.
I joined AURO University School of Law in the year 2013 with an aim to become a litigating lawyer majorly dealing in cases pertaining to Constitutional Law, Civil Laws, Service and Labor Laws, Company Law etc. During my tenure at the university, the course - curriculum and the methodology of the University gave me an opportunity to learn the law in different ways by applying the law in practical situations. The course - curriculum being a blend of academics and practice training such as Moot Courts, Role Play, Judgment Writing, Research Papers etc., has helped me a lot after I graduated in the year 2018.
After graduation in the year 2018, I joined the chambers of Neeraj Vasu, Advocate practicing before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat and Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ahmedabad. During the time at AURO University, to blend of academics and practical helped to apply the law to the practical scenarios in real legal problems. Thereafter, I joined Trivedi’s Law Office as a Senior Associate where I practiced before the Hon’ble City Civil Courts, Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunal and before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat alongside practice; I pursued Master in Law in Business Law. In the year 2021, I started my own practice before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad and I am a registered Trademark Attorney. The practical training of AURO University has helped to be a leader of my own and set up individual practice before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat.
Right from childhood, I was curious to know how the world works and zeal to learn as much as possible. As a tech enthusiast, I joined AURO University to study for a B.Sc. in IT. The teachers made the subject intriguing and covered the concepts in-depth. This helped me crack technical interviews at TCS and later contribute to the organization. I ensured that I improved my communication and presentation skills to become a better manager. My internship helped me gain first-hand experience that further helped me during my work experience. These learnings have helped me perform well personally and professionally.
I am Anshu Dalmia, a proud MBA graduate from AURO University (2020-22), embodying a transformative journey from a learner to a leader. Currently, I thrive as a Valuation Consultant at EY Qatar.
