Any foreign citizen, NRIs (Non-Resident Indians), PIOs (Persons of Indian Origin), OCI (Overseas Citizens of India), and NRI-sponsored students can apply under the Foreign category.

    Check eligibility and proceed to apply online by pressing “How to Apply” button displayed at the top right on Home Page.
  2. Read instructions of Application Procedure and proceed by pressing “Click here to access Admission Microsite” button displayed at the bottom on Page. Fill entries of Admission 2023 Form, tick declaration and press “Register” button displayed at the bottom of Page.
  3. When the application is received, the candidate will be sent a letter of acknowledgement. Students will also be intimated if any additional information is required.
  4. On verification of eligibility, the students will be issued an Admission Offer Letter with details of formalities for admission.
  5. On deposition of Registration Fee, the student will be issued Provisional Admission Letter and a Bonafide Certificate for obtaining a “Student VISA” or “Research VISA”.
  6. Students are advised to reach the University Campus 1-2 days prior to the commencement of classes and report to the Office of Directorate of Foreign Students for deposition of 1st Year Fees and submission of their required documents and completion of required formalities. Only after the admission formalities are completed students will be permitted to move into the allotted hostels, if applied.
  7. Registration at FRO : It is part of the normal mandatory process that all foreign students holding foreign citizenship have to register with the Foreigner's Registration Office (FRO) within the stipulated time frame of their arrival in India.
