Extensive 1 Year Internship
This is the four-year course in which three years will have theory and 1 year will be internship. We make sure that all our students must have extensive hands-on experience in the field of optometry before they complete the degree.

Towards the end of 2nd year, I was all set to face the patients. The best part was learning lacrimal syringing (sterile injections in eyes). Practical sessions were not confined to theories, It was more of practicing with live patients which helped me learn faster. Seminars and events conducted helped me cope up with my stage fear.
Placements provided my ITM University are from well known medical brands and hospitals. I got the opportunity to train and explore myself in CARL ZEISS, BENGALURU. My experience here was worth the wait. I traveled all across India in just one year to treat the needy patients which gave immense pleasure.
